Steel columns are largely used in large industrial buildings and heavy structural frameworks for stable high load transfer. These box columns and girders are prefabricated in large modular sections to align with structural design of industrial buildings and construction requirements.

We manufacture our steel columns in controlled factory conditions, where advanced welding processes such as submerged arc welding and electroslag welding are used in order to achieve consistent and reliable weld quality. Internal diaphragms and stiffeners are incorporated within the box section to enhance load distribution at connection points.

The columns are fabricated in modular sections so they can be transported and assembled on site with greater efficiency, particularly in large industrial and infrastructure projects.

The steel box columns and girders are fabricated according to the structural drawings and connection requirements for commercial load bearing construction projects. During on-site installation, the modules can be joined in segments using welding or high-strength bolted connections. Accurate alignment is ensured to improve construction efficiency and overall assembly coordination.
